Standard Production Process
Loading → Washing & Drying → Buffer Storage → Aluminum Spacer Positioning → External Assembly → Plate Pressing / Argon Filling → Automatic Sealing → Automatic or Manual Unloading

- Automatic coating-side identification with alarm
- Stainless-steel washing section with high-pressure, low-noise drying
- Single- and double-layer IG production
- Optional sealed argon or nitrogen filling before plate pressing
- Multi-axis servo pressing and fault self-diagnosis
- Automatic four-edge and four-corner secondary sealing can be connected to the line
